These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Mapzio (the "Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization as well as you individually.
Mapzio lets teams draw and collaborate on event site layouts over satellite imagery, invite collaborators, export site plans, and manage billing for their organization. Features, limits, and pricing vary by plan (Free, Team, Business) as described in the app at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
An organization's owners and admins can invite and remove members, and can access events and content created within that organization. Content you create within an organization (site plans, elements, comments, uploaded exports) is owned by you and/or your organization as you determine internally, but you grant the other members your organization's roles permit to view, edit, or export it, consistent with the permissions you assign. We are not a party to, and do not adjudicate, disputes between members of the same organization over ownership of content.
The Service lets an event owner generate a public, unauthenticated link that shows a read-only view of that event. Anyone with that link can view it - do not enable or share a public link for anything you don't want visible to anyone who obtains the URL.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your organization's billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may downgrade your organization to the Free plan after a reasonable retry period.
You agree not to:
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
